NEUTROMAX provides methylcobalamin which is physiologically equivalent to vitamin B- 12, and is used to prevent pathology arising from a lack of vitamin B- 12.
The alphalipoic acid present in this drug prevents cell damage and restores levels of vitamin E and C. ALA improves the function of neurons in diabetes.It is an antioxidant that provides protection to the brain in case of damage or injury.
B- complex vitamins convert nutrients into energy and hence supports cellular metabolism.
The multivitamins and minerals help in shoring up bones, healing wounds, strengthening immune system and repairing cellular damage.
NEUTROMAX can be taken by mouth with or without food. Have it after a meal if it upsets your stomach. Follow your doctor's advice on the dosage to be taken. It may depend on the age and health condition of the patient

Consult with a doctor before using NEUTROMAX if youhave any problems related to blood cells, such as polycythemia. It can sometimes bring up unique side- effects. If you are allergic to B12 vitamins, this drug may cause skin rashes.
Conditions like optic atrophy, low iron or folate levels in the body and blood in urine should be reported to the healthcare provider prior to taking NEUTROMAX
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant before using NEUTROMAX.
Breast- feeding mothers are advised not to consume this medication, since it passes through breast milk.
Avoid eating grapefruit and drinking grapefruit juice while taking NEUTROMAX.
Alcohol consumption should be limited to ensure efficacy of the drug.
Some medications that might have serious interactions with NEUTROMAX are:
Missing a dose is not a cause for concern. Take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. You could otherwise skip it. Overdosage is not an option to catch up.
Store NEUTROMAX in a cool and dry place, away from children and pets.
